We build what the trade wants

Nobody in these trades ever got asked what they needed. So we go find out — we pick a trade still running on spreadsheets and sticky notes, learn how the job actually gets done, and build the system that should have existed all along. Get that part right and the rest takes care of itself. The first one already sold.

No tickets.
No spec sheets.

We're not a dev shop and we don't build to someone else's spec sheet. We pick the market, own the product, and carry it from blank repo to revenue — research, architecture, design, build, payments, infrastructure, launch. Every layer of it is ours, which is why nothing here has a seam where a vendor was.

Casting is a four-stage job and so is this. Nothing gets poured before the mold is right, and nothing leaves the shop unfinished.

The Sync platform is one operations spine — inventory, orders, customers, delivery, reporting — retooled for each trade it enters. Sheds first, then mattress retail, now steel. Every trade it lands in makes the next one faster, and the list of industries still running on paper is long.

  1. 01

    Pattern

The trade comes first. What a day actually looks like, where the money leaks out, and what the owner is still doing at eleven at night.

  2. 02

    Mold

Data model and architecture. The parts that have to hold under ten years of use get designed before a line of product code exists.

  3. 03

    Pour

Full-stack build, hot and fast. Frontend, backend, infrastructure, payments. Getting there first is a feature, and we don't lose that race.

  4. 04

    Finish

Clean code, real documentation, infrastructure a stranger can pick up. Finished that way, a product is ours to run or someone else's to buy.

Nothing on this list gets subcontracted.

The Sync platform across the trades it serves, and the work built around it.

Sheds Sold

Shed Sync

Shed dealers were running six-figure operations out of a spreadsheet and a whiteboard. Shed Sync replaced the whole thing — inventory, orders, customers, delivery routing, and the reports an owner actually opens. Built from zero and sold outright.

Bed Sync

Same problem, different trade. Multi-store mattress groups lose money in the gap between locations — stock sitting in the wrong showroom, deliveries nobody scheduled, sales numbers that arrive a week late. Bed Sync closes the gap and keeps every store looking at the same inventory. This one we keep and run ourselves — sold by the seat, month to month, straight from the shop.

Find A Mattress Store

The demand side of the same trade. A public directory that puts shoppers in front of the local mattress retailers Bed Sync runs behind the counter. We own both ends of that market now, the demand and the software behind it. Live today.

Third in the Sync line and the closest one to the metal. The same operations spine that runs sheds and mattresses, retooled for the steel trade. Being built now.

Client builds

Not everything we make is ours to keep. We take outside work selectively, and when we do it's the whole job — brand, site, and the customer acquisition machinery underneath it, built to the same standard as the products we own.

The ledger

Know a trade that
still runs on paper?

That's the work. Bring a market, a half-built product that needs finishing, or an offer on one of ours. The furnace is lit either way.
